Annual Membership Information
Altamaha Plantation offers two types of Annual Membership, Individual
and Corporate. Memberships extend from September 1 through August 31 of
the following year. |

Individual Memberships
Individual Membership fee is $ 6,500. This fee must be paid by September
1, 2007, or a time agreed upon by management. The individual membership
will include the member and spouse and up to two of their children under
the age of 19. The member must be present for spouse and children to use
facilities. If the member wants to bring additional guests, arrangements
must be made before arrival date. |

Corporate Memberships
Corporate Membership fee is $ 10,000. This fee must be paid by September
1, 2007, or a time agreed upon by management. The Corporate Membership
will cover the use of the facility for four designated individuals.
These individuals may include: Officers, Directors, Partners, Employees
or Guests of the Corporation. Corporate Guests are limited to 3 Guests
accompanied by and Officer of the Corporation. If the Corporate Member
wants to bring additional Guests, arrangements must be made before
arrival date. |

• Applicants must complete a
membership application and agree to abide by all rules of Altamaha
Plantation.
• A release of liability must be signed by all members and guests when
they arrive at Altamaha Plantation.
• Members agree to abide by all Federal, Georgia DNR and Altamaha
Plantation regulations, including limits on game and the number of
guests allowed with their membership.
• Members assume full responsibility for themselves and their guest.
Members are responsible for all damages, including damages to the
facilities, staff, equipment, vehicles and dogs caused by themselves or
their guest.

priority use of the facilities and hunting and fishing privileges.
Facilities include main Lodge and Cabins. | |

Reservations must be made for any activities or lodging at Altamaha
Plantation. Reservations are booked on a first come or call basis. The
staff will make every effort to accommodate members.
Overnight Lodging for Members and Guests
The annual memberships cover 9 days and 8 nights lodging and meals at
Altamaha Plantation with following daily charges:
The house keeping & meals charge for Members and three guests staying at
the Lodge are $100 per person per night with a Maximum of $300.
The house keeping & meals charge for Members and 3 guests at the Davis
House are $100 per person per night with a Maximum of $300.
Guests wanting to stay at the Bunkhouse will be charged $35. Guests will
have to bring their own bedding and meals.
Accommodations for additional guests may be made based upon
availability.
Additional days and nights may be reserved based on availability for
$400 per day per member or guest.
All meals will be served at the Main Lodge. |

Reservations
Advance reservations are required for all activities and lodging at
Altamaha Plantation. All lodging and guide fees are payable on arrival
unless arrangements have been made in advance with management.
Additional incurred fees will be payable on departure by cash, check or
credit card. A cancellation charge may be assessed when personnel
charges or other costs have been incurred on behalf of a member or their
guests who cancel reservations. All hunters are required to sign in at
the Lodge and notify management upon their arrival. | |
